Managing Partner

Jeffery DiLaura

Jeff is our Founder and Managing Partner. Jeff is the owner/operator of DiLaura Development, LLC, which has provided outsourced development solutions on 5-commercial properties and multiple waterfront residential houses on the New Jersey Shore and Port Charlotte, FL. Before entering real estate development, Jeff led a 23-year career in financial consulting, aiding companies such as Charles Schwab and USAA to develop and implement best practices in the wealth-management industry.

Jason Adamowitz, MBA

With over 15 years in construction, real estate development, and asset management, Jay has an extensive background in Multi-Family Development. Jay has served as Development Lead, Development Manager, and Asset Manager, directly developing over 8,000 units and $2.2 billion in project costs. Jay earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in 2014 and was selected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society for being in the top 10% of his class.

Vice President of Finance and Business Development

Jake DiLaura

A subject matter expert in financial risk management. Jake is a candidate in the CFA Program, an award-winning former banking examiner, and joins our team after leading risk monitoring at SEI Investments (Ticker: SEIC). Jake has overseen risk management on hundreds of billions of dollars in investor assets and has brought this risk-mitigating skillset to the Tarpon Team.
